Return and Refunds
General Policy
Paper prints and Decor
You have 14 days to return prints from the estimated tracking date or delivery date. To start a return, you can contact us via the contact us form. The return address on your package won't be our return address since it will be shipped from the printing facility. So please make sure to reach out to us to ensure you send it to the correct address. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be in the same condition that you received them in, unused and in their original packaging.
Framed prints
Framed items are custom made, we regrettably cannot take returns on them. We urge you to buy a sample print and if you like the quality we will apply the amount you paid towards a framed print
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated or actual delivery date.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - For shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the print facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
Sale and discounted items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
